If you are instructed by our client to do the DISC Personality test for the position you are applying for, you do not need to pay for the test results unless you would like to receive your report. You need to do the DISC test once only. Your DISC Personality Test results will be stored in our system.

Instruction The objective of this exercise is to understand your unique personality. The questionnaire consists of 24 questions, each of which is subdivided into four options. Picture yourself when you are at your best in the working/project environment and know you are doing a good job. For every question, check one option that you feel most closely applicable to you and one that is least applicable. Even though sometimes all of them may seem to apply. Be relaxed and respond instinctively. Please move quickly and take not more then 12 minutes. There should be minimum interruption while doing the questionnaire.
IMPORTANT:
1. Check only one "Most" (M) and one "Least" (L) answer in each question
2. The "Least" (L) and the "Most" (M) cannot be the same answer.
